My husband benefits from this obsession, and said obsession has led to the creation of this blog. Friends and family have asked numerous times for my book of recipes, so I finally gave in and decided to start this blog. I figure, it will be beneficial for me too, as it will be much easier to find a recipe via this website and the search tool on the side bar, rather than searching through my encyclopedia-sized book of recipes
Something that is unique, if you consider it that, about my recipes is that I take normal recipes and update them to make them easier, lower calorie, and overall healthier while amazingly delicious! I love to hear new techniques on cutting calories (eg. shredded zucchini in place of egg in recipes to keep the moisture). So, if you have a tip/technique, send it my way–I will find a ton of ways to use it in recipes!
